What method of payments do you accept?

We Accept Paypal, Credit Card, Venmo, and Cash app Payments.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on square footage, condition of home and frequency of cleanings. Deep Cleanings start at .15 per square feet, Move In and Out start at .15 per square feet, Post Construction Cleanings start at .35 per square feet.

Do you require a deposit for service?

We do require a non-refundable deposit for first-time clients. Once you are established, no deposit is required. The deposit is applied to your first service.

Full Payment is Required prior to rendering services for All MOVE OUT Cleanings.

When is the payment due?

Full Payment is Required prior to rendering services for All MOVE OUT Cleanings. All other cleanings, payment is due once service has been completed.

How do I schedule an appointment?

If you are a first time client, please fill out the schedule an appointment form. If you are an existing client, call or text 615-596-7433 or email 2sistersmaid2clean@gmail.com.

How many cleaners will come to my appointment?

1-3 cleaners will come to your appointment, we base the amount of cleaners on square footage and complexity of project.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

We do provide all supplies and equipment, however we will use your supplies if you would like.

What if I am not satisfied with my services?

If you are unhappy with an area that we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours and we will come clean that area.

Do I have to be home when you come clean?

You do not have to be home when we come clean. We will setup arrangements on how we will enter your home.
