Applicant Terms of Agreement

Thank you for your interest in joining Two Sisters Maid to Clean (“the Company”). As part of our hiring process, we conduct background checks, reference and character checks, and drug screening to ensure the safety and integrity of our team and clients. Please review the following terms and provide your consent.

1. Consent to Background Check

I understand and agree that, as part of the application and hiring process, Two Sisters Maid to Clean may obtain information about my background, including but not limited to criminal history, employment history, education, and driving record (where applicable).

I authorize the Company to obtain such information from law enforcement agencies, educational institutions, former employers, and other relevant sources.

2. Consent to Reference and Character Checks

I authorize Two Sisters Maid to Clean to contact my references and other individuals who may have knowledge of my character, work experience, or qualifications. I understand these checks are conducted to determine my suitability for employment with the Company.

3. Consent to Drug Screening

I understand that I may be required to undergo a drug screening as part of the hiring process or during my employment with Two Sisters Maid to Clean. I consent to such screening, and I agree to provide any required specimens in accordance with Company policy.

4. Non-Discrimination Statement

  • I authorize the Company to contact my references and perform character checks.

  • I consent to drug screening if requested as part of the hiring process or during my employment.

  • I understand that interviews may be recorded for training purposes only. Any recordings will be used solely by the Company’s hiring team to improve the recruitment process and will not be shared outside the organization.

  • I understand that Two Sisters Maid to Clean does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.
